Cheapest hourly labor rate around saratoga area, amazing customer service, I even stopped in while driving because I had my daughter in the car and was scared something was seriously wrong, they looked at my car and even checked other things they didnt have to (I did get lucky because they had the time), but they really care, are honest, family owned, and didnt even charge me because I was just so concerned (not saying they can do that all the time), but I will refer them to anyone I know.
I'm from Latham and If I have an issue with my car or truck I have no problem making the trip up to CJ's to get it fixed. Jerry and his staff are very honest and below industry pricing on repairs. They will tell what needs to be fixed or what can wait. No worries of getting unnecessary work done on your vehicle. Would recommend to a family member. Being from out of town and not having a go-to auto shop, I was lucky to find CJ's. Jerry and his team are top-notch and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, get me back on the road, and all for an honest and fair price.
I had a rear brake job done here costing nearly $2000. Months later when it came time for inspection (at a different garage) , I was told the emergency brake was not functioning. Upon further inspection, the mechanic found a pair or pliers left from the brake job holding the emergency brake cable and it had since weathered and frayed from not being properly attached. This is the equivalent of a surgeon leaving their instruments in a person's body. This error is now costing me another $300 to repair. I was referred here after an accident, and got completely taken advantage of.
