Overall not the best campsite I have gone to in my travels.
I travel with a notorious concert crowd, so its unique and much appreciated to stay with a staff that's not only respectful, but enthusiastic. That feeling trickled through the regular seasonal campers as well, who were just as fun and welcoming. Thanks Coldbrook! See you next time!
I stayed at Coldbrook this past weekend for a three-night concert at SPAC. It was great. The facilities were nice and well maintained given the crowd. The taxis and shuttle services were prompt and reliable. And, most importantly, the staff was wonderful. I even had a small emergency (having to have a ring cut off because of a mysterious bug bite), and the super woman at the front desk jumped right on it! She saved me a trip to the ER and possibly even my finger (thanks again, Cricket!).
My wife and I returned from the Def Leppard Concert on Friday the 24 to our campsite about 12:00 to blaring music in witch this went on for several more hours , people screaming , we got no sleep and had to be out by 11:00am . When i told the you girl at the front desk about our experience she laughed at me and said their was nothing she can do about it she would bring it to her supervisors attention . WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN !!!!
Showed up at 7pm on a Saturday and there was no one to check people in. No slip left for late, even though it was 7pm, and no way to find a spot. Stay away
